About Us

JPD Coaches /Volunteers

This great group of caring adults are your community’s youth football coaches, former collegiate players, collegiate coaches, professional conditioning trainers, teachers, business people, etc. who give selflessly of their time to share their passion of the great game of FOOTBALL!

Text Box: TRAINING: All JPD coaches complete a JPD training program designed by some of the nation’s top coaches. JPD kits include instructional materials, DVDs and operational guides which are used as part of the training. The JPD coaching positions serve as an excellent, comprehensive coaches’ training program for volunteers interested in becoming involved in coaching youth football or just improving current coaching skills.
BACKGROUND SCREENING: All coaches and volunteers are required to pass background screenings conducted by the JPD NFL program. This ensures everyone’s well-being and safety.
Parents who wish to observe the clinics may do so but are not able to volunteer in any capacity unless a background screening has been passed.

Coaching Our Youth (COY): Based out of York, Maine, COY is a non-profit corporation led by caring folks in our community joining the daily battle of molding our youth into responsible, caring beings. Our focus is on keeping our kids and our neighbors’ kids away from the temptations they encounter everyday...whether it’s bullying, drugs, alcohol, violence or any other negative influences. What better way to begin this process than by getting them out onto our fields and courts? Here’s where they learn, by example, the important life skills they’ll use both on the field and off—like teamwork, discipline, respect for authority and much more.
